Free parking for our guests but there are no elevators on the property. This condo complex is centrally located to many popular island destinations. By car, it's approximately 12 minutes to Lihue airport, 50 minutes to Hanalei and 45 minutes to Poipu. Kaua'i, the Garden Isle, has so many beautiful sights to take in and Kapa'a is a great starting point to them all. Important: We are not part of the hotel reservation system, there is no daily room service. You do have use of the common grounds, free parking as our guest, pool, hot tub, and pool bar. This is a privately owned studio that rents for less if you are looking to save money. The unit is cleaned prior to your arrival and stocked with start-up supplies. The studio is cleaned again upon check-out time. If you need new supplies, linens, towels, bed remade and additional spruce up clean, we do offer this additional service for a $70 fee per scheduled day. Please ask if you are interested in this service. If you need to do laundry there are Laundromats only a six to seven minute drive from the property. The bed was very firm, I'm not a fan of tempur-pedic/memory foam and wish I would've known that prior. The 2nd fridge (larger under counter) was super stinky, so couldn't use for the first couple days, but we fixed that with a box of baking soda. Pool is a little small for the size of the complex and was over crowded each day so we weren't able to get a chair unless you were out there by 9am, so we spent most of our time out on the beach...but the chairs on the beach were 50% broken. Overall was a good stay, pretty clean and comfortable, and affordable for right on the beach. We had a good time. ##### Alicia B. Been looking forward to this vacation after over 2 years of Covid not being able to. It met was than our expectations. Just listening to the wave of the ocean overnight every single night was a treat! We didn't need to turn the air conditioning on. It was averaging 80's throughout our stay. Kapaa was ideal area, can drive to North Shores and South Shores conveniently. We were very pleased with the surrounding, it felt like being in a Botanical Garden!
