However, the staff member was very impatient. Our family has always chosen this hotel whenever we visit Kaohsiung, but this is the first time we’ve experienced such unreasonable treatment. The service was on point. Amazing staff and efficient service. However, the sound proof was not good, there was a baby crying next door, I could hear it clearly.....fortunately, there were earplugs upon request.
