"You have to call to get someone to come to the desk to check in. There is no elevator. The carpet on the stairs was filthy and looked like 1970s carpet. Our room's door trim was chipped and the tub was patched in the bottom. There were large crated boxes in the lobby and hall. The latte machine was out of order. Poor breakfast selection. Last time we are staying at a Wyndham."

"I wish hotels.com had a better record for reporting short falls in hotels, but they can only do what is reported to them. This hotel shows a hot tub in their pool photos but the hot tub was not working. Since this was the deciding factor in my choice of this hotel, it was a big disappointment for me. "

"There was no ice machine that i found plugged in in the wing that my room was in. When I finally found a vending machine it was ½ sold out. There was 1 towel in my room and no maid service over my 2 night stay. After going to the front desk i was informed which Wi-Fi to select and that there was a box on the 2nd screen that had to be checked to connect. Problem was that you couldn't see the box. Finally found it by running my finger around the seemingly blank parts of the screen until i saw a hand instead of an arrow. The fridge seemed to have 1 setting, freeze. Not good for the insulin pen. If you like an extremely soft bed, you might enjoy it. Otherwise it was a clean room and much more affordable than the Holiday Inn Express up the road by the hospital. "
