Furniture not terribly comfortable. However, the biggest disappointment of all was that this home was just two disconnected duplexes. You had to go outside to access either one of the living spaces aka a glorified hotel. We specifically booked this location to accommodate our entire party including children. The main draw was that we would be able to put the kids to bed and then have adult time away from them so they could sleep. However, we didn’t feel comfortable leaving them in a separate duplex to do so.The neighborhood was quiet and it’s about a 10 minute drive to the Plaza. However, you will see homeless individuals just a few blocks away which isn’t terribly surprising given it’s a large city, just worth noting. We had a couple of minor issues, but Amber was very responsive and got them taken care of quickly. The house has the charm of an older house, but has been updated nicely so we were very comfortable.
