  • This property is private and tucked away from the hustle and bustle of city life. However, with quick access to I435 and I70, you can get to any of the hustle and bustle areas the Kansas City Metro has to offer. You will be within minutes of attending Sporting KC Soccer, Monarchs Baseball, or a NASCAR race. If you are feeling lucky you can try your luck at Hollywood Casino. There is also great shopping in downtown Bonner Springs, KS, or The Legends Shopping Outlet mall. They also both boast excellent restaurants, both local and chain.

    Quick and easy access to I-70 and I-435 makes navigating the KC Metro area easy.

    *Note - this is an apartment on the lower level of our home. We live on the upstairs level and are available for immediate questions.

    *The driveway to the apartment is the second right off of Orchard.

This was truly a getaway from the hustle and bustle of graduation weekend for our Jayhawk. We were able to enjoy, celebrate, host, and rest during our stay. The owners were very attentive to our needs and unfailingly kind. We enjoyed their property and amenities to the fullest and had many compliments about how perfect the choice was and how clean and tidy the rooms and common areas were. When our second graduates from KU, we'll be looking to book another long weekend!

This was a lovely home. Quiet and very, clean. It was perfect for what we needed. Jodi the host was super friendly. Centrally located making it easy to access restaurants and the family we were visiting. Definitely stay here again.

Great weekend getaway

My husband and I stayed here as we got to know the area and enjoy our first trip to Kansas. We came out for a professional training and loved the area. It was secluded enough that it felt like a vacation, and still close enough to downtown to visit museums and fun restaurants. Would happily stay here again!

This was the first property I rented where I was in the home along with the owner of the VRBO. We were a little nervous at first but everything went fine. The space was large & roomy, updated, even smelled new! I most appreciated all the little extras the host thought of to make our stay more relaxing, informed and convenient! I also really enjoyed the area, lots of trees neighbors aren’t real close.

Beautiful property on secluded wooded lot. Felt very private. Hosts were excellent. Very comfortable and clean. Enjoyed the outdoor patio. We would stay there again and highly recommend it.

Gorgeous property

The property is everything advertised and more. Gorgeous lawn and the apartment is really well kept with great amenities. There’s a small walking path on the property which is great for viewing birds and getting some fresh air. The patio is also very comfy. Will absolutely stay here again the next time we are in town.

Stayed March 22nd- March 24th. Great location with less than 10 minutes to all essential places. Very clean and cozy for the 4 of us adults who stayed. Would definitely stay again. Already discussing our next girls weekend here.

COZY RELAXING And QUIET Stay!

My best friend and I stayed here for two nights for the Planet City Comic con and LOVED it! Quiet woodland getaway just 10-15 mins away from downtown KC! Perfect for us - and everything was clean and very organized. We will come back whenever we are in the KC area! Thanks for making the stay easy and wonderful! :) we enjoyed it very much!! :)

Fresh, modern, immaculate

We spent two nights at this property and found it to be just as pretty and new as the pictures indicate. Everything is immaculately clean and well thought out, right down to the white noise machine in the bedroom. We used the washer and dryer and they were new and easy to program. We especially loved having two bathrooms; they were spotless and we didn't have to share. We highly recommend this property.

The home was perfect for our group!

We were there for a concert at the Azura Amphitheater, which was only about 8 miles from the home. It was quick to get an Uber and was about 10 minute drive. When not at the venue, we spent our time sipping coffee or having cocktails on the beautiful and spacious patio. Being in nestled in the woods makes you feel secluded and it was so peaceful. We grilled our meals on the patio and had everything we needed in the kitchen to serve and eat. The home is immaculate! The beds are so comfortable and all of the rooms are spacious. We WILL stay here again!

Clean, spacious, and welcoming

We chose this property based on its positive reviews and I have to say that I agree with them. This apartment is large and comfortable, tastefully decorated and extremely clean. It feels brand-new. Having two bathrooms was very convenient for our family of four. The amenities and extras that the hosts provided made us feel very welcome and taken care of. Checking in and out was easy and we had no issues. The host's checklist for checking out was very reasonable and a snap to fulfill. Location was far enough from Kansas City to feel secluded but close enough that we could get just about anywhere within 30 minutes. We would definitely stay here again if we were back in the area.

This home is absolutely everything you could want for a short stay. Clean, spacious, private, relaxing, and has little touches like filtered water and bedside white noise machines that made us feel at home. Beds are incredibly comfy too! Location is less than 10 minutes to coffee, restaurants, stores. Host made everything easy, communication level was perfect.

Very impressive

BEAUTIFUL HIDEAWAY WITH A PEACEFUL SPIRIT

Our stay here was amazing. My brother and I came up from Chicago for the NFL draft. It was close to the downtown areas. With a lot on mom and pop shops that we checked out along the way. The property managers were stellar!! I will book here everytime I come out this way if they are available!!!
