It was very clean and had plenty of space for my family of 5 plus a set of grandparents that came to visit us while we were there. The house was 20 minutes or less from everything we wanted to do: Nelson art museum, zoo, Lego land, Kauffman stadium, science city, ww1 memorial, the baseball museum…everything! Great location. It was a short walk to our daughter's house, allowing us all to gather for the holidays. It has a nice view of the park and is also a short walk to the Art Museum, shopping and restaurants. We were a little concerned about the park because of the graffiti but saw kids playing soccer and families on the playground so we felt better. We could travel to most attractions in 15-20 minutes. It was just as pictured in the listing and very clean. The bedrooms were spacious, and the beds were comfortable. The property manager does a great job of communicating, and when we had a problem with one of the toilets, someone was there in less than 2 hours to fix it.
