My family stays here once or twice a year, usually for about a week and every time it is by far the cleanest hotel we stay in. It has comfortable beds, more than adequate breakfast, convenient location to this area with plenty of restaurants within walking distance.

Pros: Cleanliness, helpful and friendly staff, good breakfast, easy to get to from the interstate, and an Outback Steakhouse next door.
Cons: A better sitting chair/sofa in the room and a quieter A/C unit.
Location: Easy to get to just off the interstate, has an Outback Steakhouse next door (great food here), plus other eateries nearby.
Overall I am very happy my family stayed at this motel. It was very clean, very easy to find off the interstate, had a great breakfast and a great business area off the lobby. I only have two complaints. 1: The A/C unit was very loud when the compressor kicked on, loud enough to wake me up several times in the night. On a positive note the unit did keep the room at a very even, comfortable temp. 2: There was only one chair in the room (not counting the desk chair) and it was not the kind of chair you would want to sit in very long. My knees sometimes bother me in the night and I will get out of bed and sit in a chair, falling back to sleep. I had to sit in the desk chair which was a bit of an interesting experience - they are made to work in, not sleep in! But in all fairness this second complaint really isn't as much to do with the hotel as it is with my knees.

great stay. not the nicest hotel. not the best location. but they do everything will l well and the staff is well trained. in the kc area, that's almost impossible to find!

Me and my son stayed one night. Super fast and easy check-in. The staff at the front desk were so incredibly friendly and nice. I even made a point to call the management and let them know about the front desk staff after I witnessed an interaction with an elderly gentians who had gotten out of his room and was confused. Hotel was clean and quiet. The breakfast was delicious.

Two things....1st I can't get HH honors points when using Expedia. 2nd breakfast at this location was the worst I have ever seen.

I had booked through a service and they (the service) made a mistake in my booking and when i got to the room i discovered that it was not what i booked for. The Hampton inn where I stayed really and genuinely cared about there customers and and even though it was not the Hampton Inns fault they did not charge me for my room. I have never been treated so courteously. Great place.
