Don't stay on the first floor.

Stayed in a first floor room that faced the pool. The window curtain of thick material gave me the option of open (where everyone can see into the room) or closed (giving zero natural light from outside). Every other hotel room that I have stayed in has a secondary "sheer" curtain that allows natural light to come in without opening the room to prying eyes. This room did not have that option. I recommend that the hotel rethink their window dressings.

Not impressed at all. We've really liked the Hampton's we've stayed at previously, but this one was a poor comparison. The room had an unpleasant, musty smell. It was small and there was no refrigerator. (Also, we always seem to get handicap rooms through Hotels.com, and I'd rather have a normal room.)

Was disappointed to find out that the park and fly was not available since I had booked through Hotels.com I guess I didn't read the fine print.

heater cooler was noisy and when on heat, smelled. Seems to be old, with older carpet. Bathroom nice. Bed and bedding ok but I don't think it as nice as some Hampton inns are.

Breakfast was just okay, if you like frozen eggs warmed up in the microwave, it may rate "good". Otherwise, check-in was easy and the room was very comfortable.

In need of an update.

This appears to be an older facility and not up to the normal Hampton standards. The staff was very courteous. The breakfast area (lobby) was under renovation so the lobby and eating area was cramped. It just didn't meet my expectations.

Noisy a/c

Pros: Bed comfort, Uber availability was good.
Cons: Fix the a/c
Location: Remote airport location.
A/C unit cut on and off and was very noisy when it ran, like it had a bad bearing. Made it hard to sleep. Bed was very comfortable. Staff very friendly.
