We flew in on an early morning flight, checking in the early morning hours, well after midnight but our room was ready and got right in. The hotel has just been remodeled and is in great condition, is very clean, comfortable, and convenient. The breakfast was hot and good. We’ll be back when we come through again.

This hotel was fine for our needs -- we just needed a place to stay before a very early flight the next morning that offered free shuttle service.
The shuttle service is listed as 24 hours on this booking site but actually it's not--the hours are limited and you need a reservation, but it wasn't a problem as the shuttle coordinates with the earliest flights at the airport.
Beds and pillows were soft and comfortable. The bathroom was large and had nice amenities.
Free WiFi took way too long to access.

Stayed one night with my family for an early morning flight. 7 minutes from KCI and offers a shuttle or weekly parking if needed. Beds were comfy, pillows were ok, and the whole hotel had a warm, very pleasant smell through out. The attendant on was very helpful in telling me where to park so that it was adjacent to my room so that I could remote start my car the next morning when it was very cold. The only issue we had was the heat in our room did not work but were immediately moved to another room that was still where I could remote start my vehicle. Reilly made our stay very enjoyable due to going above and beyond. 10/10 recommend!

Only negative was the hair in the bathroom on the floor, in the shower on the walls & in tub. Almost like someone took a shower then cut their hair & blow dried it! Otherwise, it was a great stay. Staff was great & the rest of the room was clean. Great shuttle service & guest snacks for those guests on the move.

We attempted to check-in and received a key to our room. We went directly to the room and unlocked the door and found a family with 2 kids in there. We checked our key assignment and was told by the father we were in the wrong room.we went back to the front desk and reported the problem .We were instructed that no one was in that room and we could get a different room. We immediately took the offer but could hear the desk tell the occupants of our original room they would have to move. The father informed the clerk that they had been in the room the night before and were assigned to that room for three nights. What a mess.

The staff here was particularly good. It is also the only hotel I have ever stayed where staff left pre-made breakfast bags for anyone who departed the hotel after breakfast had ended. Extremely thoughtful. Some other reviews I've seen mentioned the ongoing renovations - I didn't find this an issue at all (and was told they are nearly finished).
