Mediocre at best

It seemed like 1 person did everything at their hotel. He tried to charge me more than what was quoted me online. Cleanliness was not great. The pool was warm but seemed like it had been a while since it was last cleaned. Room was ok. Not really big enough for the roll away. We had to move furniture for it to fit. Breakfast was good.

rude desk clerk

1st they did not acknowledge us while we were standing there waiting to check in. Then the desk clerk wasn't very nice and then informed us it was $5 a day to long term park which wasn't listed on the website. She wasn't apologetic and was rather rude about it. the room itself was very nice and comfortable. When we checked out the clerk didn't really speak to us much and just pushed a bucket at us to put our key into it. I usually have no trouble with this chain but will not go back to this one again.

Old property desperately needing updates.

Room carpet was so dirty if felt like my feet stuck to it. Overall this place get minus 3 stars.

Disappointing

Cons: It needs to be updated with fresh paint and just general upkeep
The hotel itself need to be updated. The lobby looked good, but the rooms had a musky smell to it., linens had a few stains in them and looked gray, were to old to be used.

Horrible

I called the day before and asked for and early checkin I even talked to the manger himself, anyways I arrived and they couldn't check me in even though I paid $35 for early checkin! They said they didn't have any rooms and refused to give me my money back!!! They was horriable

Summer trip

Pros: Clean everything and nice staff
Cons: hall was a bit noisy
Location: a few restaurants within 5 minutes drive
Staff was courteous and helpful. Room was clean and beds comfortable. Nice parking lot. Overall, a nice place to stay.

overnight stay

Pros: It was clean and quiet.
Facilities were in good condition, check-in was fine and initially the woman at the desk was very helpful,she may have been sick as she kept coughing but then when I asked one last question she became abrupt. Morning breakfast had good selection but it was a mess. Seems the desk person was out driving the shuttle and there was no one taking care of the breakfast area.

Cons: Dining options, coffee, something to eat (muffins, apple, banana, etc) since breakfast wasn't until 6am, free parking.
Had to pay for parking while away on trip when other hotels in area had free parking. Free shuttle to airport but they failed to tell us on check in that we had to reserve a spot on shuttle, when we realized that a reservation was needed, we had to take whatever spot was open resulting in getting to the airport 3 hrs in advance of flight. No restaurant delivery info in rooms. Requested dining options from front deck & received a sheet of paper with names of restaurants only. No addresses or phone numbers included. Coffee made at 6am, so no coffee available for early departures.
