Otherwise a very quaint and clean, updated and comfortable unit. Great hipster breakfast/brunch spot a block away. Happy Gillis, great farm fresh food and welcoming staff. This attractive rental was immaculately clean and perfectly located for our needs. Only minutes from downtown Kansas City and the city market area. It was fully stocked and has a completely modern kitchen. Parking is on the street, but we never had any difficulty finding a spot. The host responded to every request within minutes. The precise neighborhood itself isn't much of a destination, nor walkable. The unit and the location can be noisy, take note if you are sensitive to city noises, or sounds from an upstairs resident.
