This apartment has amazing views of downtown and several conveniences like Netflix ✔ washer and drier ✔ fitness facilities ✔ 24hr security at the front desk✔ and garage parking available✔. The building also has a 24hr snack shop and clubroom to drop off your luggage early if you need to. Open floor plan in a downtown top floor apartment. 1 bedroom with a queen bed, couch and air mattress Guests can access the lounge area in the lobby with the amenities access card in the lock box! I will always be available via text or air bnb message. There is 24 hr security at the front desk which can help with anything from getting into the building to parking. This location is ideal 4 blocks from the Kansas City Convention Center and power and light district. 50 restaurants, bars, shops and entertainment venues just outside the apartment. Street car stop is outside the front door, which gives you free access to all of downtown Kansas City , crossroads, Crown center and river market. Street car runs every 15 minutes. I live right down the street and am very accessible for my guests! Please send an inquiry and I’d be happy to answer any questions you have!
