We offer a Duplex with several cozy bedrooms in a quiet neighborhood near several great locations in the Kansas City area. The bus line is just a block away, which will give you free transportation to many downtown attractions, such as the Power and Light district, or Union Station. If you have a car, many attractions in KC are within 10-15 minutes of driving.
There may be noise from the upstairs unit as people walk on the hardwood floors. The noise may depend on how heavily they step. If it is okay, rent me.

We kindly ask you to clean up any dirty dishes and return items to their original places, which will greatly assist the cleaning crew, preventing them from spending extra time on these tasks.
Please remember to lock both the front and back doors securely, kindly drop the key into the lockbox. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. Our cleaning crew will arrive after 10 am.

Just "ok"
This property is cheap ... for a reason.
Location: the neighborhood is definitely rundown. There is a broken down car parked 3 houses down, and plenty of other signs of a poor neighborhood: trash, debris, overgrowth, etc. I also heard police sirens in the neighborhood on multiple occasions during my stay.
The property itself: also just generally kind of rundown, like an older house that has not been well maintained. The owner tries to make up for this by placing lots of colorful art and decor inside, but this is still probably my least favorite Vrbo property that I've stayed in yet. You will definitely here the upstairs occupants walking around.
The main annoyance is the AC: the owner has it set on some kind of timer that periodically resets the target temp back to 76. On a couple of occasions I was sitting in the house just reading or watching TV, and found myself sweating because the AC had decided to raise the temperature.

Just okay.
It’s the bottom floor of a two story house. The floors are not level and every step you take creeks. Unfortunately the same thing happens upstairs. Whoever was staying upstairs was moving around until 2-3 in the morning for some reason. Made it very hard to sleep. All the appliances were clearly beat up floor models and nothing seemed to work well. The place generally felt shabby. I guess for the money it might be worth it if you’re splitting the stay with others and you’re a deep sleeper who’s not a germaphobe. (I’m not a germaphobe but it still felt cruddy). Overall I wouldn’t recommend it.
