A cozy 139-square-foot tiny home with easy access to water, split air conditioning, a kitchenette, cooking equipment, and excellent bathroom facilities. These amenities an eco-friendly cassette toilet with a removable waste holding tank, a hand basin, and a gas-heated shower. NOTICE TO ALL: Please remember to drive at a speed limit of 60 km/h at night when traveling to and from the property and around local areas. There is a lot of wildlife in the area, some of which may be animals being cared for by the Wildlife Carers who own the property. Guest Access: Guests will have access to the tiny house and its surroundings, except the main property which is restricted and fenced off. If you find yourself entering through a gate or over a fence, you've gone too far. To cap off your adventure, just 23 minutes further lies the enchanting Blue Mountains National Park, ready to captivate your senses. There is taxi service between Mount Victoria and Hartley (which encompasses the Kanimbla region, and should be able to take you to Kanimbla) Other Things to Note: \- NO drone policy.
