Staff were helpful. Room was quiet and clean, though bathroom tiles were cracked in some places. Clean, but a bit worn. Room was small but efficient. Area of hotel is very convenient when getting train to/from airport. Short walking distance (15-20min) to Circular Quay, The Rocks and Opera House. Lots of supermarkets and restaurants in close proximity to get food as needed. Wonder if the room would get hot in summer as not too much control over room temp/fan.

Class all the way and Phillip at reception was brilliant. The advice he gave regarding local restaurants was well received and accurate. The only disappointment was we had only one night there!

"It was a great location close to the shops but the room had no toaster or microwave. When I said I had requested those 2 things they told me to use a kitchen which was located upstairs and because I have mobility issues I wasn’t able to access the kitchen"

"It is a good value , you cannot reach the staff to check in , order dinner of breakfast after 7 pm , so if you have a late flight you have to scramble to figure out the emergency security number had instructions for check in which I did appreciate."
