"Easy check in and pleasant staff. Room was spacious with views of the river. However, there was thick dust on the surfaces, especially the bedside tables, dirty glasses with lipstick and finger marks, rips in the sheets and a strange strong smell."

"Wonderful stay! Close to the new walking bridge giving easy access to Botanical Gardens and CBD. Heated outdoor pool and hot tub and sauna. In room laundry was great to freshen up clothes after our first 2 weeks of vacation. "

"We enjoyed our stay. Our one bedroom suite was very large and we also had two big balconies. There was a very efficient daily maid service and a full kitchen. The area is very safe, convenient to downtown and the river ferries, with plenty of restaurants, bars and a great bakery. The front desk staff were very nice and helpful. The wifi is a little underpowered if you want to stream any services"

Also lots of eateries right on the doorstep without tourist price tags. Complex is clean and tidy, but showing its age a bit. Staff were friendly and helpful. "
