View is spectacular Owner is friendly and wants to please Tuk Tuk driver is knowledgeable, a good driver and a gentle soul. Food opportunities in the area are available at the bigger hotels nearby but are not outstanding . I fact very ordinary. Better off to get Arjuth to take you down the hill. He knows the good places and is happy to help. Breakfast is included in the very reasonable room charge. Sadly though, the hygiene of the kitchen and surrounds leaves a lot to be desired. The place is a bit grubby and run down. They charged a lot for a very basic breakfast, almost 5 times what you would get outside for better food. 3\. No air conditioning and dirty rooms. There was a dead frog in our bathroom. Dust bin was very dirty. 4\. The view was blocked by trees. 5\. No telephone or credit card in this hotel. They want only cash. There are other properties nearby that seem to be well-maintained. It is a real pleasure to see this green view with the river. Hotel staff is doing its best in terms of assistance for food delivery from outside as not much trades in the area.
