"An Excellent Stay at The Golden Crown Hotel, Kandy! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had a wonderful experience at The Golden Crown Hotel in Kandy. The welcome staff were exceptionally kind, attentive, and professional. They even gave us a tour of the hotel before escorting us to our room, which was a lovely touch and made us feel truly welcomed. Our suite was excellent, spacious, and comfortable. Both dinner and breakfast were outstanding, with a great variety of fresh, delicious food to suit everyone's taste. The infinity pool on Level 2 was amazing, offering a fantastic place to relax and enjoy the surroundings. The game room was another highlight—spacious, comfortable, and perfect for relaxing and having fun as a group. Overall, everything exceeded our expectations, from the warm hospitality and excellent facilities to the quality of the food. A big thank you to the entire team for making our stay so memorable. We would definitely love to return and highly recommend The Golden Crown Hotel to anyone visiting Kandy!"

"A lovely boutique hotel with clean, comfortable, and well-designed rooms offering great views. The breakfast was excellent, with a good selection of food. However, dinner could be improved. If you opt for the half-board package, you are offered a limited, budget-style menu, while the à la carte menu comes at an additional cost. The dinner buffet is only available when the hotel is fully occupied. The real highlight of this hotel is its incredible staff. Everyone was warm, welcoming, always smiling, and extremely helpful, making our stay all the more enjoyable. Interestingly, this level of friendliness and hospitality seems to be very common across all the hotels we have stayed at so far. Overall, a lovely hotel with wonderful staff, although the dinner arrangements could be more appealing for guests on a half-board package."

"The room was clean and comfortable but the only let down was the AC unit didn't work but there had been a power outage during our stay so not sure if related or not. Staff very friendly and welcoming and attentive, would stay here again."

"Excellent hotel. Staff welcomed me at the car with an umbrella as it was raining, got a cup of coffee while waiting as I arrived slightly early. Very spacious, clean room with beautiful view over the town. Very reasonably priced."
