The owner and staff speak English well and are very kind. They provided me with maps to show me many tourist spots and delicious restaurants, and assisted me in making my stay more fulfilling. When you go there for the first time, it is difficult to find the location from the outside due to the shutters, but it is located exactly as shown on the map and has a small nameplate. Security is strong and only guests can enter the building. This hotel looks like motel more than hotel. In the room there is no facilities like fridge, electric kettle, glass… if you need glass or plate just needs ask reception. I need blanket but blanket was dirty. Vet inte vart gratisparkeringen fanns, våran chaufför hade problem med att stanna utanför hotellet. Personalen bjöd på en fruktdrink när vi kom, det var trevligt. Frukosten på takterrassen var ett plus, både utsikten och utbudet på frukostbordet var riktigt bra. Nära till affärer och restauranger. Rummet var rent och fint, men saknade fönster. Frukosten serverades på takterrassen med mycket fin utsikt. Personalen var trevlig och hjälpsam.
