Unable to e-mail, kept pinging back. Phoned but no English. Reception was unprepared for checking in, again no English. Safe not working properly. Returned to room one afternoon and found the lock on the door was broken and insecure, had to change rooms. The breakfast was very unhygienic, flies on uncovered salad, fruit etc. It was a shame because the staff worked really hard especially the young girl on the reception. Resort was ideally located for The Bridge, museum etc

Could do better

It's in a great location by the river and the staff were friendly and helpful. However, the room was not very clean and seemed like it hadn't been checked - we had to ask for more toilet tissue and there was hair and general grime in both the bedroom and bathroom. Beer cans that had been left in the swimming pool area remained there throughout and the central area around the check-in looked untidy and grubby. We had booked a single king size bed but were first brought to a room with twin beds. breakfast was also fairly poor.

This is a basic clean hotel. Family run, friendly staff. Looks like this hotel has been struggling to attract guests. The location is good, rooms are clean, but no wow factor.

강 옆에 독채 A1 A2 A3를 잡고 숙박을 하였습니다. 여기 리버풀에서는 가장좋은 자리이고 아주 멋진 일몰을 구경할수 있습니다. 도보로 10분 거리에 해산물 및 삼겹살 부페가 있고 여행자거리는 도보로 15분 거리에 있습니다. 또한 수영장이 아이들이 놀기좋습니다. 하지만 소독제약품냄세가 조금 심하고 피부가 약한사람은 트러블이 있을수 있습니다
