We had a memorable and enjoyable stay at Bambi Indah. The grounds are well designed and beautiful. The wellness amenities were perfect for our family. We will definitely include it in any future Bali trips.

Wow! This resort was so beautiful, and the location was so peaceful. The villa was roomy and luxurious feeling. It had a king-sized bed with mosquito netting, an indoor bathroom and an outdoor shower and a private pool. The pool at the restaurant was so beautiful that we used it instead. We scheduled a message at the spa, which was affordable and incredible. Try the French toast at breakfast. It was an easy Grab car ride into Abud and a nice break from the hustle of the city.

The staff were incredible. The spa books up quickly so definitely arrange in advance. They have a separate vegan menu available on request for breakfast.

The hotel is about 20 minutes from Central Ubud, because of its location the views are amazing, especially from the pool and the restaurant.
However the property is really dated. We had to request a room change as soon as we checked in because the room given to us had a strong smell of humidity and triggered my partner's allergies. The second room also had a lot of humidity smell but it was a little better than the first one.
The bed was uncomfortable, everytime you move it makes noises from how old or is. There are a lot of mosquitos in the room, I think when they clean they leave open the balcony doors for a while to deal with the humidity but then you can't sleep even when you put the mosquito repellent.
The showers need to be cleaned and the amenities especially the shampoo and body washed replenished before the next guests arrive.
The service is average, when I raised some comments about the issues in the room, they just apologised but never took action to make it better.
The pool view and public facilities were great and the only reason why I would ever go back.
