Lovely holiday home with swimming pool and a large private garden a 5-minute walk from the beach. It is located next to our other holiday home object no. 1930405
A spacious holiday home, situated on the edge of a Roompot holiday park for 8 people. The house is situated on approximately 1000 m2 of land with parking space for 3 cars, a beautiful garden with heated swimming pool, 2 large terraces, a large wind screen and lots of grass for children playing. The house is suitable for two families. The entrance offers access to a light spacious living room with doors to the back garden and terraces. The living room has a sitting area, dining area and a modern open kitchen with all modern conveniences. The ground floor has a spacious bedroom, bathroom and separate toilet. The first floor has 3 bedrooms, one of which is very spacious with four beds.
The heated swimming pool is open from 1 May to 1 October.

Nice clean house, with well-kept garden. Close to the beach. Quality furnishings, very pleasant and uncomplicated contact with the owners and the manager on site. This well-kept Roompot has a very friendly service centre where you can find everything you need. Very friendly staff.

Leider war kaum Licht in den Badezimmern. Das Mobiliar war schon extrem abgenutzt. Im Nachhinein wurden Schäden berechnet, die wir nicht verursacht haben!

Sehr schön wir waren jetzt im März und haben viel Glück mit Wetter gehabt, war wunderschön. Ich denke im Sommer ist das Haus mit Garten und Pool nur zur genießen. Natürlich der Strand ist zu Fuß super erreichbar. Man kann nur sagen super Feriendorf auch wenn der Preis nicht ohne ist. Wir haben sehr schöne Tage mit Meine Frau unserer Kinder und Enkel erlebt.

Es war alles bestens, außer: Das Haus ist recht hellhörig Duschvorhang im 1.Stock wäre gut Kühlschrank Küche schließt nicht richtig Lounge am Pool teils sehr abgesessen

Das Haus, der Pool und die Lage des Grundstücks sind sehr gut. Die Inneneinrichtung entspricht in keinem Fall den Erwartungen, die bei einem derartigen Preisgefüge Standard sind und ist eine Zumutung. Die Küche ist völlig abgerockt. Die Stühle am Esstisch entsprechen nicht dem Online Foto. IKEA Ultra einfach. Es gibt im Schlafzimmer EG keine Möglichkeit, Kleidung aufzuhängen. In den Bädern gibt es kaum Ablagemöglichkeiten und keine Haken für Handtücher. Die angeblichen 3 Bäder sind eigentlich nur 1 Bad mit Badewanne und eine Dusche. Wenn man dies mit 10 Personen nutzen müsste, wäre es eine absolute Zumutung! Der Hausverwalter war sehr zuverlässig, freundlich und hilfsbereit!!
