    This semi-detached house (approx. 120 m²) is located in the De Banjaard holiday park directly on the North Sea in the Noord Beveland region.

    GROUND FLOOR: well-equipped, open-plan kitchen with dishwasher, large fridge and separate freezer compartment, cooker with ceramic hob, oven, microwave with steamer, coffee machine, Senseo machine and other extras. Plenty of crockery and cutlery are available. Living room with large dining table, seating area, large Smart TV (55 inch) with internet connection, blue-ray player. 1 bedroom with double bed and second TV Bathroom with washbasin and shower, guest WC. Wifi internet access is available to guests free of charge.

    The house is privately owned and attractively furnished. Please note that smoking is not permitted in this house! The house is not rented to youth groups. Cats and dogs are not allowed for allergy reasons. Arrival days are normally Monday and Friday, but other days are also possible. Prices for bookings for a short week (Mon-Fri, approx. 60% of the weekly price), weekend (Fri-Mon, approx. 70% of the weekly price) or e.g. 10 days on request. The holiday home was modernised and renovated between 2018 and 2020 (rooms, bathrooms, furniture and kitchen). All rooms can be darkened very well so that you can sleep in even in summer. The high lights in the children's room and another bedroom are darkened so that sleep is not disturbed.

The beach is accessible via ramps, so that prams, for example, can also be taken along. The holiday park is situated directly behind the dunes of the North Sea, near the Oosterschelde and close to the Veerse Meer, ideal for water sports (diving, surfing, sailing). In the park centre you will find: a family restaurant with bar, a snack bar, supermarket, launderette, heated indoor swimming pool (free, limited opening hours), small amusement arcade, bicycle hire, several playgrounds, mini golf. There are also tennis courts (extra) and a dialysis centre (registration required). During the holidays there is a small entertainment programme for children and adults. Notes: The holiday resort has internet access via W-LAN. Due to capacity limits and possible technical faults, there may be restrictions in availability, so that unrestricted internet access cannot be guaranteed at all times.

Eine rundumgelungene Urlaubswoche in entspannter, ruhiger Umgebung

Das Objekt hat voll und ganz unseren Vorstellungen entsprochen. Alles war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Modern und geschmackvoll ausgestattet. Besonders die Lage und Möglichkeiten vor Ort hat unseren Wünschen entsprochen. Wenn alees so gut vorbereitet ist, ist eine kontaktlose Übernahme sehr bequem und angenehm. Allerdings wurden wir während der Rückreise von den Eigentümern kontaktiert, die uns nachdem wir das Objekt pünktlich und vorzeitig verlassen haben, enrgisch aufforderten sofort das Haus zu räumen. vermutlich ein Missverständnis; leider haben wir nichts mehr gehört.
