In warm weather, the air conditioning on the ground floor and in the bedrooms on the upper floor will keep you cool. The bathrooms have a rain shower.  
  
Take a lovely walk along the water. The marina with a restaurant is within walking distance of the residence. The residence has a shared lockable storage room where you can store your bikes.
