9.2/10 Wonderful! (483 reviews)
Decent place, felt a little awkward vibe wise at times and the area always felt a little unsafe at night. Room was alright, having to ask to change sheets for longer stays was annoying, realistically that should just be on a rota. Breakfast was included at a very low price according to the booking, but it isn’t actually included and the breakfast options are pricey add-ons.

9.6/10 Exceptional! (448 reviews)
Location was convenient with lots of restaurants around and train station close by. Room was okay, found a spider on the bed as I was getting ready for bed. Room is spacious, love that there is a kitchen counter and toaster. They had a washer and dryer in the room which is convenient but my clothes didn’t dry completely when i select the wash/dry option so my clothes was still damp and smell like mildew when I got back to the room at night. Staff is friendly, the elevator is pretty small.

8.8/10 Excellent! (545 reviews)
"Great hotel and staff. Location was fine. Only reason for the low review is the instructions/policies stated for the guest bath include provisions for small tattoos so long as they are covered by the property-provided cover-up sticker. When we arrived, the policy was 'guests with tattoo's are not ..."
