\-Smoking is not permitted within the premises, including rooms, common areas, and balconies.  
\-Any evidence of smoking within the property will result in a penalty charge of $500.  
  
3\. Unauthorized late check outs or extension  
\- Guests are not allowed to stay beyond their check out time unless authorized in advance.   
\- Any unauthorized late check out, we will charge a late check out fee of $200.  
  
4\. Refundable Security Deposit  
\-We will pre-authorize a $500 security deposit on your card one day prior to your check-in. Please note, this is not a charge but a temporary hold. The deposit will be refunded within 7 days after check-out, provided there are no damages, missing items, or violations of our house rules.
