Basic but clean and comfortable Ferienhaus, everything You need for Holyday with children. Best value for money. Perfect location near cycling path, train staition and shops.

Preis Leistung ist O.K

Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt im Punggerhof. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die wirklich gelungene Zimmeraufteilung – die Wohnung ist großzügig geschnitten und bietet viel Platz, sodass man sich direkt wohlfühlt. Man merkt allerdings, dass einige Bereiche inzwischen renovierungsbedürftig sind. Es gibt ein paar abgeplatzte Fliesen, manche Türen schließen nicht ganz richtig und auch die Küche ist teilweise nicht mehr in bestem Zustand. Zudem ist das Haus etwas hellhörig!

Super Preis Leistung

Die Ferienwohnung ist groß, man hat mir einer großen Gruppe (wir waren mit Kindern 17 Personen) genug Platz. Duschen sind renoviert, der Rest ist schon älter aber alles sauber und ordentlich. Dadurch, dass die Ferienwohnung etwas älter ist, ist der Preis günstiger und man kann sich den Winterurlaub auch in den Ferien noch leisten. Die Gastgeber sind super nett, wir haben Milch und Eier direkt vom Hof kaufen können und unsere Kinder durften jeden Abend bei der Fütterung der Kühe und co helfen.

Nicht weiter empfehlenswert

Das wir für den bezahlten Preis kein Luxus bekommen würden war uns klar, aber sauber soll es schon sein. Küche, Treppenhaus und Bad/WC warten schon seit langer Zeit auf ein Anstrich. Fliegen sind überall den das Fliegengitter an Fenstern und Türen hat auch ausgedient. Holzboden und Türen quietschten. Das Haus hat keinen Garten, keine Tischtennisplatte, es werden keine eigene Produkte angeboten, die Besitzer langweilt und kaum kommunikativ. Als Grillplatz fungiert der Parkplatz für die Auto.

Perfekt für den Familienurlaub

Die Wohnung war groß, sauber und wirklich perfekt aufgeteilt. Eine Extra-Dusche wäre bestimmt nicht schlecht gewesen, aber das hat bei uns jetzt nicht wirklich gestört. Die Vermieterin war sehr nett und hilfsbereit und die Lage (zur Fuß in 5 Minuten zur Gondel) war perfekt.

7 Schlafzimmer, 3 davon mit Waschvecken, in der Beschreibung war jedes Zimmer mit Waschbecken angekündigt, 1 Zimmer unter dem Dach, Podest sehr locker und gefährlich, keine Schränke/Verstaumöglichkeiten Kein Brötchenservice Keine Tischtennisplatte vorhanden, bzw kaputt, Kein Trampolin vorhanden Kein Verkauf von regionalen Produkten Bauernhoftiere Besuch nicht erwünscht Keine richtige Reinigung bei Ankunft

De wifi was aanwezig maar slecht van sterkte en continuïteit. Zodoende werkte ook Chromecast niet. Het huis is in oude stijl, wat ook veel heel gemoedelijk is. Het was goed schoon en zoals de meeste bedden in Oostenrijk zijn de dekbedden aan de korte kant

Super Lage, schöner Urlaub

Haus in Top Lage, ruckizucki an der Gondel, zur Not sogar zu Fuß in 10 Minuten erreichbar, Skibus in unmittelbarer Nähe, Sauberkeit des Hauses war super, Ausstattung ok und für große Gruppe in der Küche alles ausreichend vorhanden, super Großer Aufenthaltsflur, gerade mit Kindern, prima zum Spielen, Haus war immer schön warm, einziges Manko, die Sanitäranlagen, zwar sauber aber sehr alt, aber soweit informiert soll dies in diesem Jahr erneuert werden, von daher Unterkunft absolut empfehlenswert, können uns auch vorstellen, dass wir wieder kommen.

Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett. Das Haus ist alt, aber in einem guten und sauberen Zustand.Die Lage ist sehr gut. Wir haben den Urlaub sehr genossen.

Eigentlich zufrieden, jdeoch müsste dringend mal eine Modernisierung geschehen. Reisetipps: Das Zillertal ist traumhaft schön. In dieser Region kann man immer wieder Urlaub machen und immer wieder neue Ausflugsziele aussuchen. Wir waren am Achensee – TOP, im Freibad Stumm – Super, außer der Rutsche, die ist furchtbar, Rosenalm mit Fichtenschloss und Rodeln – TOP,

wir waren mit der unterkunft sehr zufrieden.es hat sich etwas geändert, gegenüber vor fünf jahren. die vermieter sind sehr nett. Reisetipps: empfehlenswert ist ein besuch am hintertuxer gletscher, sowie der krimmler wasserfall. ein besuch der kerzenwelt in schlitters lohnt sich auch
