Bedroom The apartment is located in Kalletal district Lüdenhausen on the main street on one side and green meadows on the other side. Our newly renovated apartment 100m² on a lime-clay base on the ground floor is the perfect accommodation for short breaks (with private entrance). Because of this and due to a ventilation system you can enjoy in the summer a pleasantly cool and air-conditioned apartment. The apartment has one bedroom, living room, kitchen, hall, dining room, bathroom, terrace / garden, parking space. It can max. 3 people stay overnight. In the village (about 200m) is a mom and pop shop with fresh bread and food. In 6 km distance Hohenhausen with doctors, pharmacies, various financial institutions, hairdressers, grocery stores, gas stations, pizzeria, outdoor pool. In Lemgo 12km there is a hospital. Excursion destinations in Detmold are the open-air museum, Hermannsdenkmal, Externsteine, Adlerwarte Berlebeck, Vogelpark Heiligenkirchen. It is a Non smoking apartment and without animal husbandry! Apartment max. 3 p. 1 sep. Bedroom: 1 living / bedroom, 1 bedroom, 1 fully equipped kitchen, 1 bathroom with shower, 1 dining / study, 1 terrace, 1 parking space. Our kitchen is fully equipped with coffee maker, toaster, kettle, fridge, microwave, oven, stove, spices, 1st aid kit, cutlery, crockery, cookware, dish soap, tea towels. The bathroom is equipped with towels, walk-in shower, hair dryer, soap, shower shampoo, wall heater and washing machine (extra charge). Both in the bedroom with double bed (incl. Bed linen) 180x200, mirror and open clothes rack is a TV as well as in the living room with sofa bed and CD / radio player. Wi-Fi is available free of charge.
