Man kann deutlich merken, dass es mit großer Sorgfalt, Umsicht und Liebe zum Detail geplant und gebaut wurde. Es ist ein sehr guter Ort für einen Generationen übergreifenden Aufenthalt. Es gibt Möglichkeiten für gemeinsame Stunden aber man kann sich auch zurückziehen, ohne auf irgendeinen Komfort (Stichwort Kommunikationselektronik oä.) verzichten zu müssen. Highlights waren in unserem Falle natürlich der Whirlpool, die Spielgeräte, die große Spielwiese aber auch die Gartenmöbel und der Webergrill. Die Umgebung um Groß-Schwansee mit seinem direkten Zugang zur Ostsee gibt alle Möglichkeiten für Freizeitgestaltung aller Art. Hervorragend geklappt hat das externe Einchecken und vor allem das anschließende ergänzende Telefongespräch mit dem Eigentümer des Hauses. Zusammenfassend stellen wir fest: Die vorbereitende Kommunikation mit dem Eigentümer, die ausführlichen Beschreibungen zum Haus und ihrer Nutzung, die hochwertige Ausstattung, die Funktionalität der Technik etc. waren die Basis für einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. ##### Bernd S. Huge amount of glasses, porcelain and silverware, we never ran out of clean stuff between dishwashings. Freezer was broken and the caretaker appologized for it. Also 2 of the 4 bikes were not functional due to vandalism. Owner offered to pay for replacements if we rented them. Large and very nice spa-area upstairs. Hardly used it because we were busy outside and enjoyed good weather, but it seemed like a heavenly idea for a rainy day. Be aware that any facilities are driving distance. No restaurant or supermarket closeby . There is one at a Hotel nearby, however we were discouraged by the front desk to go there. No reservations possible, hotel guests given preference, if you want to come take your chances. Not appealing for a party of 6\. Walking distance is a very pretty little Café Blau serving homemade and delicious cake, but only open Thursday to Sunday from 2 to 6 pm. Worth it though. ##### Gunhild B. Jeder konnte tun, was ihm Freude macht, um ein wenig Abzuschalten und trotzdem haben wir Zeit mit der Familie verbracht. Für jeden war etwas dabei. Obwohl wir 9 Personen waren, fühlten wir uns nicht beengt, allerdings konnten wir auch die Terrassen nutzen. Jederzeit wieder!!! ##### Gundula H. Wir waren Gott sei Dank aber nur mit 7 Erwachsenen dort. Wie die 12 angegebenen Personen in dem Haus schlafen sollen, ist uns fraglich. Das Haus verfügt über 3 Doppelzimmer und ein winziges Kinderzimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten. Der angebotene Brötchenservice hat super funktioniert. Alles in allem sind wir sehr gut zufrieden gewesen. Man beachte, die Kreditkartengebühren, die fewo-direkt einem auch ohne Beanstandung von der Kaution abzieht!! Sehr ärgerlich!! ##### Anna B. Wir waren von der Einrichtung und Ausstattung begeistert, es fehlte uns an nichts. Das Highlight aber war der Außen-Whirlpool. Der ist einfach "Hammer". Die Gegend ist ruhig und idyllisch und lädt perfekt zum Ausspannen ein. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in diesem Feriendomizil. Unsere Buchung war sehr kurzfristig und unsere Anreise am Sonntagabend verhältnismäßig spät, was jedoch für unseren Gastgeber kein Problem war. Per Telefon - und Mailkontakt wurden alle wichtigen Informationen für unsere Anreise und unseren Aufenthalt besprochen. Das Haus befindet sich inmitten eines neu entstehenden Wohngebietes und ist per Navigation einfach zu finden. Das Domizil war in einem sehr guten, sauberen und gepflegten Zustand. Es war modern eingerichtet und mit allen Annehmlichkeiten (wie vom Gastgeber beschrieben) ausgestattet. Am Montagmorgen kam zur vereinbarten Zeit die Hausdame und erklärte uns die Bedienung der verschiedensten Annehmlichkeiten (Whirlpool, Sauna, Gaskamin, Jacuzzi..). Hier sollte erwähnt werden, dass der Kontakt sehr angenehm, freundlich und unkompliziert gestaltet war. Gerne haben wir den Brötchenservice in Anspruch genommen, was ebenfalls total unkompliziert verlief. Der Strand ist ca. 5 Gehminuten entfernt. Travemünde und Boltenhagen mit dem Auto in 20 Minuten erreichbar. Die nächste Einkaufsmöglichkeit in ca 15 km. Wie schon bei unserem ersten Besuch im vergangenen Jahr fanden wir ein Haus vor, was alles bot, um so Richtig abzuschalten und zu relaxen. Das Haus entspricht exakt den Beschreibungen und Bildern der Anzeige/Homepage. Aber: Im Original ist alles noch viel schöner, weil man die " Wohlfühlathmosphäre " dieses Hauses spüren/erleben kann. Wir haben mit drei Generationen eine Woche Urlaub gemacht und es war wirklich alles vorhanden, was für einen entspannten Urlaub nötig ist. Die Küche ist hervorragend ausgestattet, das ganze Haus gemütlich und liebevoll eingerichtet. Es ist an alles gedacht. Man spürt, dass sich jemand große Gedanken darüber gemacht hat, was einen perfekten Urlaub ausmacht. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Auch im Winter, um dann auch den Fitnessraum, die Sauna und den Whirlpool nach einem Ostseespaziergang optimal nutzen zu können. ##### Ulrike T. Das Haus ist so gebaut, dass sich jeder zurück ziehen kann und seine Lieblingsplätze findet (1 Schlafzimmer im EG und 3 im OG sind großartig für Großeltern, Eltern und Kinder). Die Beschreibung des Hauses wird nur noch durch die Realität übertroffen. Die Ausstattung ist fantastisch und lässt wirklich keine Wünsche offen. Selten haben wir im Urlaub so gern gekocht, denn es fehlte nicht ein Kochutensil. Die Kinder waren mit der Spieleauswahl im Glück, wir Erwachsenen mit der Musikauswahl in so gemütlicher Atmosphäre. Saunieren mit Blick über die Felder, mit den Rädern (hügelhoch und -runter) an die nahen Naturstrände, wo es Seesterne in jeder Größe zu entdecken gab, traumhafte Sonnenuntergänge...so fühlt sich Urlaub in Ruhe an. Die Vermieter betreuten uns im Vorfeld und vor Ort sehr individuell und unglaublich freundlich. Der Brötchenservice funktionierte tadellos. Für Kuchenliebhaber empfehlen wir das Café Blau. An vier Tagen in der Woche gibt es dort selbst gebackenen Kuchen, die Begeisterungsstürme auslösen können. Keiner von uns wollte wieder nach Hause fahren, um so mehr freuen wir uns auf nächstes Jahr! ##### vivian d. Es ist liebevoll und gemütlich eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Der Brötchenservice ist sehr zuverlässig, die Brasserie und das Restaurant im 300m entfernten Schlosshotel sehr zu empfehlen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind allerdings nur mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Wir empfehlen das Landhaus sehr gerne weiter. ##### Irmhild M. Für die Ausstattung/Komfort, Sauberkeit, Gemütlichkeit, Außenanlagen/Whirlpool und Lage/Umgebung vergeben wir gerne die beste Bewertung. Sie haben sich für ein sehr ansprechendes Haus entschieden und es ist sehr funktionell und komfortabel eingerichtet. Wir haben uns schnell wohl gefühlt und ein Teil hat sich in die unerschlossene Natur "verliebt" (einige sind Radurlauber und häufig in der Natur unterwegs). Insgesamt ein gelungener Aufenthalt und erholt haben wir uns auch.
