Fantastic luxury house near the beach in a large beautiful garden

  • This large, beautiful holiday home, which is nestled in a large flower, fruit and vegetable garden near (approx. 800m) from the beach in Klützer Winkel, will offer you and your family an unforgettable holiday and relaxation experience.
    The house has a beautiful kitchen, dining and living room with fireplace, 3 terraces with 3 patio doors, on the ground floor there is a hall, guest toilet, 1 bedroom with bathroom, and a utility room. Upstairs are 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. A total of 2 showers and 2 bathtubs and 4 toilets.
    In the garden, which is 3 hectares in size, there are other houses from which you will not be disturbed. There are 3 ponds, 2 greenhouses and 2 vegetable beds from which you can harvest for consumption during the holiday. Lots of fruit trees and flower beds.
    There is also a small pool that is heated in the season. (Supplement)
    Next to it is a grill house with a fireplace for grilling and heated seats. Firewood is included in the price.
