So many beds
Enjoyed our stay for our annual girls trail riding weekend. Spacious kitchen and open floor plan was nice for gathering in the morning and evening. Loved all the sleeping space.

Guys weekend.
This property was perfect for our group. Main house was perfect for sleeping and some cooking. We spent most of the time in the garage. We did some fishing the first couple of days but the weather took that out of the picture. We had a great time playing cards and pool along with watching football on the big screen tv. This is are second year here and we will be back.

ATV Trip
We have been going up to the Kalkaska Trail system for years this by far was the best trip. House was perfectly located on the trails and had plenty of room for trailer parking and to stretch out.

Great weekend away
Had a great time at Bear Lake. The house was very nice but the garage is amazing. We spent most of the weekend hanging out in the garage playing games and watching football. We caught some trout on Bear Lake and had a great time just hanging around the property with games and campfires.

This place is wonderful and so much room! The pictures on the listing don’t do it justice. Jenny is very responsive and helpful! The house is big and comfortable with plenty of room for everyone. Well appointed kitchen, bathrooms, and bedrooms. The party garage is PERFECT. We had a blast in it watching football, playing pool, and just hanging out. It’s great having a large fridge and microwave in the party room. The TV is huge with a sound bar so makes watching anything great. The owners also have tons of streaming on the TV so you can find anything to watch. There is tons of comfortable seating in the party room as well. This will be our go to place every year for our family reunion!

Direct Trail Access
If you looking to ride the Kalkaska Trail system, there is no better place. Literally across the street and you are in the trails. Clean cabin with everything you would ever need with a bonus party garage perfect for any group size. A must stay.

The property is an excellent choice for family gatherings. The Family Cave (garage) was perfect for hanging out with lots of game options and eating / sitting space. Outside area great for the littles to run and play with a nice play set with swing, slide etc. Fire pit for evening camp fires. Plenty of sleeping options in the big house. Kitchen well equipment for preparing meals etc. Comfortable seating inside.

The location of this house was perfect right in the middle of everything we wanted to do, it was private, everything was clean and organized. All of the games in the garage was amazing. Best location I've stayed at.

It was a great place with plenty of room! The snowmobiling trails are right across the street, thumbs up! The bed in the main bedrrom was very comfortable. Could use a bathroom in the basement for the bedrooms in the basement. Will stay again!

Great layout for a great time.
We opted to rent this property for our annual January guys trip. This was our 30th year. The house and sleeping quarters were fantastic. We had twelve people comfortably for a four day weekend. We used a few cots and air beds they we brought with us. There was also plenty of room for all of us to eat together in the kitchen and dining room. The real bonus is the party room in the garage. There is everything you need to be entertained for our time there. We were out in the garage most of the time. Al and all this rental fulfilled all of ours needs for a great get away.

Great Stay!
Enjoyed everything about the stay. Location to the trails is perfect. Garage is a great hang out spot. A dedicated spot to park a couple dirt bikes inside the garage would be nice but won't keep me from coming back.

Great place to stay for a big group!
I went on a trip with 8 other people to this house. The house itself was great, it was clean and well kept. The only little issue was one of the bedrooms was listed as a bunk bed but the bed was changed into a queen. Not a big deal just something to note.

Property was across the street from the trail. Plenty of room to park trailers. We had 4 trucks and trailers and had plenty of room to park. Party garage was a great place to hang out. We spent our evenings in the garage. Everything was well kept and clean. Great place to stay for larger groups and families.

Stayed here during our annual fall long weekend to Grayling and it was perfect for our group. The house was clean inside and out and the beds were very comfortable. The garage was a great place to hang out in the evenings and play some pool and foosball while watching the game. Will definitely plan to stay here again next year.

If you need sometime to get away with a big group, this is the place. It has everything you could ask for including cable for sporting events! The golf courses around here are immaculate, and well priced. The host is very curtious and gives great recommendations. We really enjoyed our stay, with hopes of someday returning.

Garage with game room great. Yard needed mowing it was like walking through 8 inches of grass
3 bedrooms in basement with no bathroom floors all made noise when walking on so you wake up basement people. Little short on cooking items. Floor in garage leaked when rained so got very slippery. Good news was when not raining or if you put down towels to dry floor it was great time to spend time in during rain

Great area!
We were up with our motorcycles to catch a week of riding. House was clean and the garage was a hit. Wish we could have parked the bikes in the garage during the rainstorm. Could use an extra half or full bath downstairs and a coffee machine inside. We would stay again if we are back up that way. Shirley's restuarant for breakfast was fantastic every morning.

Didn’t know that the trail system was across the street! Awesome We enjoyed the game room. Had problems with the smart TVs but the owner made a special trip and worked through the issues! Hope to return next season heard you are booked for the rest of this snowmobile season.

PERFECT for our snowmobile trip!!
This property was a perfect host site for our group of seven adult men! Each person was able to have their own bed, including one on the top bunk. We mostly spent our time hanging out in the garage, since all of the bars were closed due to COVID. The snowmobile trail is RIGHT across the street, and there is a gas station 4 miles away, just down the trail. This house is situated just South of the snow belt in this area, so that allowed us to have finely groomed trails right out our front door. The WiFi was a bit slow, and the grill was small, but it all worked for us. I would DEFINITELY recommend this place for other groups, as our group will be back to this house again. It was perfect!
