Staff spoke good English. Need a Russian SIM card for your smartphone to work anywhere in the hotel, otherwise you are limited to the lobby.

Nice hotel with a fine dining and a few remarks.
Overall good hotel fairly priced with standard facilities. The staff were excellent; they are friendly, fast, flexible, and very helpful. Amazingly the hotel has a very nice restaurant with fine cooking. There were few downsides some of which probably was our personal experience or bad luck. 1. Noise. We had clean and spacious room with great view to the lake. Minus was its facing the stone paved road busy all the time especially at friday nights. One should probably look for a room facing the backyard just to get a better sleep. The bed was far too hard as to my personal experience which did not help for a good sleep either. Also, there is no elevator to service the upper floors. 2. The location of this hotel is in beautiful and good-looking mansions surrounding. However it is not very convenient to explore the city areas unless you have cars. To go shopping or sightseeing you must take a long walk to the centre or call taxi, this is not convenient for daily shopping or eating outside unless you can drive in Kaliningrad.

Отличное место расположения. на этом о хорошем всё. СПА - оказывается спа не только для гостей отеля, а для всех, кто пожелает и что бы туда попасть нужно записываться заранее. при бронировании об этом информации не нашел. Номер (полулюкс на 4-м этаже) большой полукруглый (на фото окна над входом). НО - почему в полулюксе не закрывается нормально окно??? щель такая, что форточка не нужна.Кровать - это песня, скрипит на каждое движение. видать многое повидала в своей жизни. Ресторан - "приветливость" персонала на 2 балла из 10.Завтраки - придёшь к 10.00 - на раздачах полупусто. яичницу и кашу (овсянку) надо заказывать отдельно (входит в стоимость). Еда (отдельная плата - обед и ужин) приличная, хотя и дороже чем в городе. НО, ресторан может быть и закрыт на банкетное обслуживание. Об этом вы узнаете по факту. В итоге - совсем не "гламур".

В Калининграде отдыхали семьёй со 2 по 5 января в номере 16(3 этаж). Отель удачно расположен, уютный. В номере: кондиционер, телевизор, большая кровать, дополнительное спальное место-раскладушка для ребенка. 8 полотенец, мыло, гель для душа и шапочки в индивидуальных упаковках. Приветливый персонал, уборка каждый день и вкусные завтраки. Ожидания и реальность полностью совпали. Желаем процветания и довольных гостей вилле "Гламур"!

Fin promenad längs vattnet till centrum, en promenad på mellan 30/40 min. Hotellet ligger i fin miljö. Restaurangen god mat men tråkig personal. Receptionen bra.

Прекрасный отель.
Прекрасный отель. Расположен в очень красивом месте. Приветливый и доброжелательный персонал. Поселили быстро, в очень хороший номер, из окна вид на озеро. Завтрак вкусный и разнообразный. С удовольствием остановимся еще раз, если будем в Калининграде.

Мы отдыхали с мужем. Провели в отеле 5 дней. Обслуживание замечательное, чистота в номере на высшем уровне. Ширина кровати удивила - 2,2 метра. Завтрак включен и достаточно вкусный и разнообразный. Доброжелательный, мобильный персонал. Все возникающие вопросы решались профессионально и быстро.

Schönes Hotel - tolle Lage - fast wie HH an Alster
War alleine unterwegs.... Der Empfang ist sehr freundlich, man spricht Englisch. Kein Deutsch. Mein gebuchtes Zimmer war vergeben. dafür habe ich eine "Suite" erhalten. Der Service im Restaurant war mangelhaft. Der Kellner hatte keine Lust. Und einen Deutschen zu bedienen schon gleich gar nicht. Er hat einfach den Beruf verfehlt. Oder ist da die Spannung mit Russland zu spüren? Wie auch immer. Mit freundlichem Kellner hätte es eine deutlich bessere Bewertung gegeben. Sonst ist das Hotel schön. Fast wie in Hamburg an der Alster.

Все от начала до конца было замечательно. Отель в парке на берегу пруда. Транспорт в центр города недалеко, магазины тоже. Персонал очень дружественно настроен. Все возникавшие проблемы старались решить быстро. Завтрак разнообразный и вкусный. В номере чисто и тихо.

Все понравилось , из недостатков только ресторан : вообще шведский стол понравился ,но количество блюд и качество пищи и обслуживания зависит от смены, вечером ресторан практически всегда на спецобслуживании.

Очень отзывчивый общительный персонал, вкусные завтраки, прекрасный номер, в отличном состоянии сантехника. Отель расположен в элитном районе Калининграда на берегу живописного озера. Между прочим, для поклонников, через особнячок расположен дом актера, режиссера и писателя Гришковца.

Ich war als Alleinreisender im Hotel Glamour, welches reletiv zentrumsnah an einem GEwässer liegt. Zimmer, Frühstück etc. waren gut. Es ärgerte mich lediglich, dass die für mich wichtige Nutzung des Wellnesbereiches deswegen ausfiel, weil mir die Dame an der Reception trotz mehrmaligem Nachfragen nicht die Öffnungszeiten nennen konnte. Als ich dann kurz vor 21 Uhr in die Saune gehen wollte, war diese schon geschlossen. Sonst aber alles gut - naja Frühstück könnte für deutsche Verhältnisse auch reichhaltiger und gesünder sein.

Glamour hotel in Kaliningrad heeft echt glamour!
Het hotel ligt in een hele rustige en zo op het oog volkomen veilige buurt op ca. 10 minuten loopafstand van het centrum. Het ziet er allemaal piekfijn uit, alles is schoon, de service O.K. Ook het restaurant, waar je wel om je korting (waar je als hotelgast recht op hebt) moet vragen, anders "vergeten" ze het, valt niet tegen. Wij hebben er een paar prettige dagen doorgebracht.

рекомендую всем!
отличная гостиница-красивая,номер-очень удобный,завтрак-прекрасный, персонал-отзывчивый,расположена близко к центру на берегу озера, почти сразу начинается чудесная набережная. Совсем рядом такие достопримечательности как Башня Врангеля,музей Янтаря, скульптура тюленей и т.д. Рядом и Северный вокзал.Нам с мужем очень понравилось!
