Employ someone to answer the telephone in business hours as advertised, 9am-5pm, or make known no telephone communication available.
Having locked myself out, approx 10am, phoning number 3 times, the telphone was not answered by the gentleman in the office until he noticed I was looking through office windows, in the hope of finding assistance.

The pool was enjoyable, the room has ocean views. This was the family gathering for my 60th birthday, we all enjoy our stay.

Good size apartment and well equipped. Full size fridge/freezer, oven and cooktop. Washing machine and dryer, with power provided. Wifi you need to look at the bottom of the modem to get the password. Street traffic is loud even with the ranch sliders and windows closed.
Allocated car parks were occupied the entire time so we’re unable to use and street parking is hard to get.
Very handy to Pacific Fair Mall which is massive, also the tram in both directions along the district.
Outdoor swimming pool doesn’t get the sun on it for long in the winter months.

Apartment was close to the surf club and the beach which was great. Lovely swimming pool . The room was a bit dated and we did have a few ants in one of the bedrooms. We had quite a lot of road and street noise outside our apartment.
