"For two nights, my border collie & I stayed in a dog friendly self-contained cabin, with a very convenient, securely fenced area at the back of the cabin for my dog when necessary. My experience was that the cabin was immaculately maintained with everything thoughtfully provided for a comfortable stay. All the conveniences had modern fittings, with an excellent hot water system, essential during the cold, wet, winter weather during our stay, the same applies for the heating via the AC unit. The grounds are beautiful and it was a pleasure to walk around. Staff were very welcoming with warm interactions with guests. All in all, a very good experience and I would not hesitate to stay again. Highly recommended."

"What an awesome hotel. The rooms are good. Comfortable bed. Some plugs with usb chargers. Nice shampoo. Even had decent coffee satchets. Woolworths accross the road and RSL club 100mtrs down the road. Did the walk out on the V wall. Would of been nice to have stayed longer. Front desk staff were most helpful too."

"What a wonderful place to holiday. My husband and I took our two grandchildren to Reflections Urunga for a few days and we all absolutely loved it. From the moment we checked in till the moment we checked out, everything was perfect. The location is just superb, with a beautiful boardwalk out over the lagoon, across the river to the ocean. Pubs, clubs, restaurants, a couple of supermarkets and the greatest bakery I've ever been to are right there, a two minute walk at most. You can park your car and have no need to get in it again till it's time to go home, but if you need a bit more than just fishing, swimming or relaxing, Coffs Harbour is only 25 mins down the road. The cabin was terrific. So close to the playground, the boardwalk and the shops, it had everything we could possibly want and was very clean and well appointed. The staff were just lovely, very warm, friendly and helpful and the park, whilst busy, was still very quiet and we always felt safe and secure. On our drive home my grandchildren asked if we could take them back there next school holidays, they enjoyed their stay so much. I would highly recommend Reflections Urunga."
