Overall clean rooms but not thought about in a good way. Everything is squeezed in a small area. TV is straight next to the bed. Hard to move freely in the room without taking extra caution so you don't hit something. Kitchenette is very small and crowded. Very little supplies for the room. On the other hand, good location.

Well-located with clean rooms that match description. The sento is a lovely touch and the PJs were good too. Staff were very helpful with everything, including luggage transfer. Only slight issue was # of washers / dryers. It's a popular hotel so there would be a bit of queue for these in evenings. There was a way to check if they were available in room which we appreciated, but just something to bear in mind to try and avoid popular times (evenings) if you need a lot of washing done.

The room and bathroom were spacious and clean, except for the bathtub, which you don’t realize until taking a bath. Breakfast was a little disappointing for the price, not much choice of fresh fruit and salad, as well as terribly crowded!
