On the last day before I checked out, I was taking a shower when part of the ceiling suddenly collapsed. A section of the ceiling fell onto the floor. It was heavy, and I could have been seriously injured. I am very unhappy about this situation. The shower itself was also broken. I have photos documenting the damage.

Fantastic! Everything about our stay was great. The hotel features a huge play area for kids, a great outdoor pool, and excellent spa facilities. We truly liked everything, and the breakfast was great too. One small thing to note is that they hosted some kids' activities run by an outside company (not by the hotel itself). It didn't bother us at all and we would still absolutely choose this place again, but it would have been nice to be informed beforehand. In general, a super cool and great experience!

"The hotel is outdated as far as the rooms, the air-conditioning, the furnishings and amenities such as having an ice machine on the floor that your room is on. In other words very dated. The view was very nice, the location is excellent. It’s just not as nice as was expected. Needs a lot of updating ..."
