Your website indicated my bill would be $102; yet I was charged $400\. I found it an embarrassing position to be in. My laptop went missing; after requesting a police report be filed, the laptop was returned the next day , when I was out. The New Manageress, Vicky, was upset about It and send the police report as if from her Home. The Reception Staff Member on Saturday admitted she had been having a nap when O tried to collect my luggage. I think they have staffing issues. I would like a refund.
