Unit#225 has 1016 interior square feet with a 416 square foot lanai! Book this unit if the Location is important to you! Washer & dryer in the unit! It comes with a covered parking area under the building for 1 vehicle!

Unit#225 features a King Sized Bed in the Master Bedroom & 2 twin sized beds in the 2nd Guest bedroom.

The Sleeper Sofa in the Living Room can sleep 2 little ones or 1 larger person!

Excellent choice for 6 people! The property has a fully equipped kitchen. Central Air Conditioning available too!

White Sands Village is Kona's Premier Vacation Rental destination with ocean and mountain views. It's located directly across the street from Magic Sands Beach; the only white sand beach between Kailua & Keauhou.
The complex has a beautiful pool & spa area, lush tropical landscaping and two tennis courts. Other amenities include a paperback library and pool table area.

Great Condo!

Great place, had everything we needed for our beach vacation, beach chairs, umbrellas and cooler with ice pack. The views were amazing and parking was next to the stairs. Would definitely stay here again.

Great Unit!

Our stay was amazing. The unit was just as described and the pictures were spot on.Arrival was great. Wonderful music playing as you walk in. Very clean and cool.Lanai was fabulous with a great view. Lanai could be used as another room it is so large.Unit was equipped with all we needed. Great place and we will book this one again.

This was a great location for our family to explore the Kona coast. We enjoyed walking to the beach to see the sunset. Loved hearing the birds in the morning as well. The company was very reponsive to our needs. Comfortable beds.

Family Get Away

Nice large unit, more than enough room for our family of four. The large wrap around lanai made the unit feel even bigger. Great location right across from Magic Sands Beach. Everything about the trip was perfect. Would recommend anyone to stay here for their Hawaiian vacation.

Property management company kept in contact with us as we checked in late. They were quick to respond to any questions and concerns. The condo was spacious and clean. We loved the mid-century modern furnishings. The building was in a safe and quiet area, close to downtown Hilo. We loved waking up to the sounds of the local birds in the park behind us. We would definitely stay here again.

Great place

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The unit was clean and comfortable. The lanai was fabulous and we spent much of our condo time taking in the sights and sounds from there. This unit has an elevator but will still require a half flight of stairs to access.

Absolute gem

We were part of a large family group who had multiple properties on site and we won the week. The huge lanai looking down to the ocean watching the sun set was amazing. The condo is laid out well for a family up to four people. And property management is both easy to work with and responsive to any issues you might have. Highly recommend!

I would stay again and recommend this property.

The kitchen has everything you'd want or need. Normal sized fridge for all your food and adult beverages! The pool area is great. There are 3 community grills so you can get your BBQing done by the pool as well. The property management company made it easy to check in and was very communicative. They made it clear that if we needed anything to contact them and they were proactive. I contacted them about 1 minor issue and they responded ASAP.If you have small kids or folks who are not experienced swimmers, the beach during the time we went was pretty rough. Great for our surfing clan, but for some it may not be the best. Overall if we bring our family back here we would stay in this rental if it was available.

Reviewer Comments: Pros: Apartment is nice, very cool wrap-around balcony, furniture is nice, massive TV in the living room, bed is comfortable, place was clean. The staff were accommodating when I needed to change the dates of our stay.Cons: The elevator is inconveniently located - you have to walk 50-100 yards and then still go down 5 or 6 steps when you get to the 3rd floor, so might as well just take the stairs, which is kind of annoying when you have your luggage. There is a horrible ant problem, so don't accidentally leave ANYTHING out. They literally went for the smallest crumbs left on the counter. The cleaning crew was there at 10:55 am on check-out day, so we felt very much rushed out the door, which I did not like because I fear of forgetting something. And i just generally don't like this, I am on vacation. Please don't be knocking on the door before check-out time. Also, while I appreciate the staff being accommodating, what I don't like was they email you a VERY long lease agreement to sign AFTER you book the place, and the booking was non-refundable. So if you disagree with the lease agreement, you're SOL. Some nit-picky things in the lease I didn't approve of, like you have to take the trash out (even though I pay a cleaning fee...). If I don't take the trash out, do I incur an extra fee? I didn't want to take the chance. So not only was I rushed out the door with all my luggage, I also had to take the bag of trash with me.Hopefully some things for management to improve on.
