The townhome comes with anything you could possibly need for an extended stay, including super fast wifi! Alii Cove is a private gated community located across the street from Honl's Beach and within a five-minute walk to downtown Kailua-Kona, Alii Cove has it all. The complex, located on prestigious Alii Drive, boasts its own pool, hot tub, and fitness center for your enjoyment.  
Watch the cruise ships in the bay from the lanai. Sip your wine and watch the sun set over the ocean. It you are here during the right time of the year, you will even be able to see the whales breaching or dolphins spinning in the water.

This two-story townhouse is elegantly decorated in island style furnishings. It features three bedrooms and three full baths. Upstairs is a fabulous master suite with its own set of sliding glass doors and private lanai, twin sinks, shower, and dressing area. A second guest bedroom and bath are also on the upper level. In addition, a spacious loft serves as an office or additional lounging space. High Speed Internet and Cable TV included. The Kailua-Kona Coast has the most colorful and spectacular pink, lavender, and orange sunsets in Hawaii. The Kailua-Kona Historical Village is a short walk from Alii Cove. The Village is very quaint, with lots of charm and good shopping right along the water's edge. Some of the activities you can find in the Village and nearby are: beaches, luau's, farmer's markets, art galleries, jewelry shops, restaurants, boating, snorkeling, scuba diving, surfing, boogie boarding, and deep sea fishing…Just about every water sport you can think of! There are also several great golf courses nearby. There is so much to do to stay active, or you can do nothing and just lounge on the beach or by the pool!
