The unit is walking distance to Magic Sands and Kahalu'u beach park. The unit is located a 1/2 block off of Ali'i Drive. The unit is about 550 sq/ft and it has a nice size lanai . It has a Cal King bed with a bath. It includes AC and TV. A kitchen with the basics and it’s own bbq grill right out the door to cook a great meal. A dining table and a living room with a pull out bed and TV. There are some beach chairs, beach towels, an umbrella and a cooler. \*\*\* CDC CLEANING AND SANITIZATION STANDARDS\*\*\*\* Complimentary parking in premises Complimentary AC in the bedroom and common area. The host is awesome and so helpful! The home is very well thought out with many amenities to help make it a home away from home. It's so close to the beach!I noticed other reviews mention the air conditioner units are loud. We were close to everything we needed. Rosalba checked on us and made sure we had everything. The house was beautiful. It was nice being in a neighborhood. There were so many plants and birds.
