Family vaca

This property was perfect for our family vacation. The view was incredible. The pool was the perfect way to start and end the evening. The unit itself was in a perfect tucked-back location, away from the pool and bbq area. Very quiet. We will definitely be staying here again.

Perfect place

We had an amazing time at Sea Village . They view is breathtaking and we enjoyed dinner at Sunset at the balcony. The apartment is beautifully decorated and kitchen fully equipped. The pool Area is nice and clean and by the time we were there not clowded at all. Truly lovely place.

Quick Get Away

We stayed at this propeety for only a few nights to visit family in Kona. It was perfect for what we needed. The views were so special and relaxing. We lazed around with the sounds of the waves. The pool was great for my 12 year old and the location was fun for the entire family with shops and restaurants so close. We fished off the rocks and caught a few reef fish. All around a very special time. We hope to come back soon!

Beautiful view, close to downtown

Overall, the property was good- not thrilling but solid. The picture of the patio shows a different table and it also makes the patio look larger then it really is. The view, watching the sunset and the ocean breeze were the winning factors. I felt safe in the complex and the parking was not an issue. Got a little warm in the bedrooms without AC which made it harder for me to sleep.

The unit was as described. It was the absolute perfect view for the Kona 4th of July fireworks!The unit was very comfortable with the AF units in each room. What an awesome view from the lanai!!

Great location and apartment

The area and location was perfect, close to all the diving spots which is what we came to Hawaii for. Clean and the pool and grills were a plus.

This was a perfect break from resort stays in Maui and Oahu. It is large with plenty of room for family of five. Lanai and kitchen with open living room are spacious. It was great to have a washer and dryer and kitchen to do laundry and take a break from eating out. The condo was well stocked with basics. It was great they had beach towels and beach chairs. We were excited to use set of snorkel equipment but it was broken which was a bummer. The AC works great and kept the condo cool. Great location to downtown and other restaurants and supermarkets. Sunsets on the lanai were beautiful!

Great Family Vacation

We very much enjoyed this property. This is our 5th stay in the Kailua area which is our favorite on the big island. The "community" atmosphere was great. Evenings were fun with bbq's and people enjoying some great conversations in the common area. Would recommend this property to others and will look into it again for our trip next year.

Kona Vacation

Came to Kona for a vacation while our daughter was in Hilo for Merrie Monarch. Enjoyed the condo very much. The lanai over looks the ocean and we were able to watch the sunset from there every day. Even saw a few cruise ships come into Kailua bay! Highly recommend.

Beautiful Sunsets Every Night

The angle of view from the lanai allows for beautiful sunsets as well as some coastline which we appreciated in the morning. The unit is well-furnished with many amenities making for a comfortable stay. The location was far enough away from town to be quiet and yet close enough for a walk into town for a meal or shopping. Check in was easy with no issues.

Good location and great views.

This property is in a great location in the Kona area, right along the coastline with a lovely shared pool to help stay cool. There's a little patio with a lovely view of the bay, and good sunset views. It's part of a larger complex, but neighbors were quiet and respectful. It got pretty warm in July (no AC), and even with fans going, we were sweating a bit, so plan accordingly. It's a good location to check out the Kona sites and local beaches. We enjoyed our stay!

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: After traveling all day I had a hard time finding the location of the unit (in the dark). Perhaps a simple map of the complex with the unit marked should be included in your preparation materials.

Fantastic condo

First of all, the view is incredible. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. There were lawn chairs, snorkel equipment, and beach towels. We appreciated that there was a washer and dryer to use. Yes, there is no a/c, but we keep the patio door open, with screen closed, and the air flow was fine. My daughter slept on the pull out sleeper sofa and said it was very comfortable. I could not find anything wrong with this property and would stay again.

Grandma’s condo with a view

I am going to agree with the review written a few weeks ago that the no air conditioning is a problem. It cools down by about 3 AM but if you are used to a cold room this is not the place for you. The view is amazing and the sunsets were spectacular. This condo has noise from the courtyard until about 11 PM right outside the bedroom. The housekeeping is sketchy the place needs a good scrub down.
