Unit is fully furnished, with two lanai's, washer/dryer, television, Wi-Fi, and 1 garage space parking. Kona Pacific is a clean, non smoking property with access to pool, barbecues, club house w/outdoor Wi-Fi, and outdoor shower. The Condo is located in the Heart of Kona. Nearby locations are Huggo's on the Rocks, Royal Kona Resort, Laverne's, Bongo Ben's. The main bathroom has a big shower. Much better than my own at home. The apartment is so stocked with everything I thought it was a warehouse for Costco. We had trouble putting on the TV, we are not technologically inclined but Joe helped walk us through. This is our 4th stay in Kona and this condo is the best. We will return here again. Convenient parking, good location, a nice pool area, snorkels, First Aid kit, boogie boards, coolers and even skateboards are just some of the amenities available.
