Nice kitchen to save money and prepare your meals. Large tv, fast wireless internet, full size in unit washer and dryer, and a free parking stall. Nice lanai to enjoy your morning coffee, and ac in the unit. Complex has one of the best locations in Kona. You are within walking distance of the pier, the beach in front of King Kam Hotel, Safeway, the post office, the Club, restaurants, bars, farmers market, just about anything you want to do in town you can easily walk to. Free parking stall included, you can walk to most restaurants and shops on Alii drive without having to pay the parking fees. I do also rent a car on Turo that is pickup and drop off at the condo.
