Nice kitchen to save money and prepare your meals. Large tv, fast wireless internet, full size in unit washer and dryer, and a free parking stall. Nice lanai to enjoy your morning coffee, and ac in the unit. Complex has one of the best locations in Kona. You are within walking distance of the pier, the beach in front of King Kam Hotel, Safeway, the post office, the Club, restaurants, bars, farmers market, just about anything you want to do in town you can easily walk to. Free parking stall included, you can walk to most restaurants and shops on Alii drive without having to pay the parking fees. Parking is on the ground floor, one flight of stairs to the condo. There are awesome beaches within a 30 minute drive, and the condo had beach chairs, an umbrella, a small cooler, and even more amenities for us to borrow.
