I can’t stress enough how perfectly situated this unit is to the center of Kona. Jacinta was also a dream to rent from, responded quickly when we had questions and the unit was clean and the property was lush and wonderful… having an included parking space was a huge plus as the parking stalls throughout downtown Kona are expensive to park, and again the LOCATION was within walking distance to everything. The lanai was pleasant. The size of the studio is perfect for one person, containing everything I needed for a comfortable stay, including a generous kitchenette and fridge-freezer. The location is very convenient - right at the heart of Kailua, with restaurants, shopping, the farmers market, waterfront, and Kailua Pier all in easy walking distance. The condo is surprisingly quiet, given its location right on Ali'i Drive. And easy access to the pool and hot tub was the "icing on the cake" - a perfect way to round off each day. The host, Jacinta, was clear, timely, and helpful in all her communications, and quick to respond to any questions. I would happily stay here again. ##### Anna M.
