This is not your typical condo for rent. Everything about it is well-appointed, simply perfect: the location; the balcony; the size; and everything you will ever need is supplied, like beach stuff. No expense was spared in preparing this unit for guests, and Holly stays on top of the business and communications.

Everything about this condo was superb! It was super clean and had every amenity needed to make our stay comfortable. Holly was responsive and allowed us to check in a few hours earlier, due to how early we arrived to the island. We had a fantastic time and were sad to leave.

Condo was great, in a central location with easy access out to get around the island. Modern updates created a warm place to chill when not running around doing activities. And view from the lenai was incredible. Holly was very good at communicating with us on all issues.

We went to Hawaii to celebrate our birthdays. We stayed in this condo 9 yrs ago and we loved it because of the location and amenities. The beach is steps away. We spent every morning and evening on the lanai enjoying the view and relaxing sound of the waves.

Excellent stay!

Holly, the property manager’s attention to detail is the best of any vacation rental we have ever stayed. The property was clean, and the overall decor and comfort of the unit was excellent. The views from the balcony are amazing and the sunsets second to none. We enjoyed eating our meals outside to take in the view while often being entertained by the performing humpbacks at sea. I highly recommend this property.

Best part of the trip

It says a lot when ypu ask your wifr after 9 nights in Hawaii, What was your favorite two things. Condo and Manta Ray snorkeling. I thought about it and realized that lanai was used every morning for coffee, every evening for cocktails and every meal too. Absorb loved the place.

Clean, well kept and well decorated condo with AMAZING ocean view! Kitchen had everything we needed, bathroom was great and everything was pretty and very, very clean. It was a great getaway for us! Covered parking was good since it rains daily! The condo was on a very tight and busy street so walking just requires paying attention to your surroundings! Great restaurant options close by as well.

Perfect Stay!

My husband and I stayed here for five nights as we explored the Kona side of Hawaii. We loved it! The unit was clean and all the amenities were provided and it is in excellent location. The sound of the waves crashing on he shore lulled us to sleep each night and the privacy of the fourth floor was great. Holly was easy to communicate with and check in and out were seamless. I would absolutely recommend this unit and we would stay here again in a heart beat.

Very nice unit on 4th floor. Balcony/lanai was large and provided great view of ocean sunsets while having dinner. Note: this is a studio unit and not very large, but it has been remodeled very tastefully and worked out just fine for us.

Best VRBO I have visited!

The entire experience was amazing! The right place, the right level of comfort, perfect amenities, location is excellent, and being on the fourth floor was super quiet and peaceful next to the ocean. If I was being super critical the only thing would be we could not thank Holly in the guest book because it was FULL of positive reviews and thank you notes. Great ocean front location

This condo has beautiful ocean front view, and the best surfing spot of Big Island is right next to it. The best poke shop (Da poke shack) is located within the condo complex. There is a beautiful historical church (Livingstone) next door, where you can join their worship services on Sundays in open air, with sea breeze and sometimes dolphin sighting. There is a farmer stand between the condo complex and the church on weekends, which brings fresh produce shopping to walking distance. This a wonderful place to stay on Big Island:)

Absolutely Perfect!

What a great place to stay! We opened the door and everything was exactly as it was in the pictures and so much more. The quality of the appliances (quiet!) and all of the cookware and dishes and even the fixtures could not be conveyed in the photos, and the view of the tide pools and sounds of the ocean can not be described with justice. And we saw a sea turtle in the tide pool our very first morning! It is just outside the main tourist area so is so quiet at night, except for the waves! Would definitely stay here if we ever return to The Big Island!
