View the ocean as you walk into this recently updated condo. You will be struck by how close the ocean is. Enjoy watching surfers, turtles, dolphins and whales(in season) as you sip your coffee on the lanai.

Despite the relaxation and solitude, if you want sightseeing, shopping or adventure, you still have access to all that Big Island offers. Visit the volcano, stroll old town Kailua-Kona, take a parasail ride, go hiking or mountain biking, snorkeling and/or scuba, the opportunities are endless. We are centrally located and close to beautiful beaches and snorkeling areas.

Our oceanfront and beautifully remodeled condominium has everything you are looking for! Treat yourself to an oceanfront pool, master bedroom suite and lanai.

There is a master bedroom with a king-size bed and two twin beds in the 2nd bedroom. Air conditioning keeps things cool for those few times when the trade breezes aren't flowing. Ceiling fans in all rooms and a full size washer and dryer are also included.

There is also WiFi access for your laptop/tablet/phone, a flat screen TV with access to Pandora, Hulu, Netflix along with 200+ high definition cable channels.

Vrbo quotes currently do not include a .75% increase in the Hawaii state tax for reservations in 2026. An additional payment request will be issued to cover that increase.

Just as all the reviewers before, this was a lovely stay. The condo is right at the ocean which afforded the opportunity to hear the ocean’s waves. The condo was nice, neat, and clean.

Great Place for a Family Vacation

My family had a great time the week we stayed. Communication for the property manager (Bob) was great throughout. The condo was comfortable and well maintained. A/C works well and the view is incredible. The public beach next to the condo was great to have. My daughter went there each day. Many restaurants and stores within a short distance. Plan on going back first chance we get.

Wonderful Condo

When we opened the front door, we immediately saw the view we were seeking. Sun and surf. This condo does not disappoint. The owner, Bob, responds promptly to questions and provides thorough directions for access, parking, pool, and whatever other questions we had. Will stay again for sure!

Loved our stay

We had a wonderful stay at this condo. The condo was spacious for our family of 3. The kitchen was well stocked not only with utensils but also essentials like salt, pepper, sugar. The view from the lanai was breathtaking. The highlight of our trip was watching whales right from the lanai which we did not expect at all! Plenty of towels, body boards, snorkeling kits - we had everything we needed for a cozy and fantastic stay. Highly recommend

Beautiful and Convenient Location

Our family of four had a wonderful stay! We visited during a heat wave and so we were extra grateful for the AC! The condo was just as advertised, with plenty of amenities and space and a breathtaking view which included a front-row view of the surfers! We appreciated the covered and convenient parking given the heat wave and also the afternoon rain showers. Bob was a 5-star host: from check-in to all communication he was very responsive and helpful. If we find ourselves back on the island we will stay again!

An incredible 180 degree view of the ocean

Our family of 4 are frequent visitors to Big Island and we have stayed in many places along Ali'i Drive. This condo has a gorgeous view of the ocean - so close that you can almost feel the splash of the big waves. We loved the fact that no one is looking into your condo. It was spacious enough for the four adults and we spent many hours in the condo playing games and having meals on the lanai. The owner is very nice and communicative. We highly recommend this property!

Big Views on the Big Island

Great stay, beautiful views. Fun time having coffee, listening to the waves and watching the surfers from the balcony. Unit was as advertised. Excellent location, close to everything. Beach chairs worked out great. The washer and dryer were very nice to have available. Excellent communication throughout the stay. We had a minor issue with the AC, they offered to take care of it, but we said it was no big deal not to worry we just wanted to let them know about it. We requested an evening check out, they said OK and surprised us with no extra charge.

Return to Hawaii

We picked this property based on location on the water with the perfect view of the water. Opened up the goody closet to discover chairs snorkeling gear etc. We never used the air conditioner since the condo is cooled by ocean breeze this time of year.

Ocean Adjacent

Beautiful condo, very clean. With everything you need and a small market across the street if you forget anything. Best of all is the Lanai is literally a few feet from the ocean with waves crashing. We kept the windows and doors open for the breeze and slept great. During daylight hours we had surfers to entertain us. Plus, the big island has so many great activities. The owners left a personalized guide which gives some great insights.

Beautiful Views! Unit on Ocean!

This property is right on the ocean. Every morning we had coffee on the lanai and watched the surfers. In the evening we watched the beautiful sunsets. This property was perfect for my husband and two teenagers. The property was quiet, the crashing ocean waves was the loudest thing we heard. The twin bedroom faces the road but the road noise was hardly noticeable. There is a reserved covered parking spot and the unit is easily accessible by elevator or stairs. If you are looking for modern upgrades this is not the place, but this is the place if you want a comfortable place with outstanding views. The unit was clean, had a full kitchen, washer and dryer, and A/C. Owners were very communicative which was appreciated and check-in was easy. We would stay here again.

Great Location and Value for Kona!

Bob was easy to communicate with throughout the booking process and the location right on the water was truly amazing! The condo had everything we needed for exploring the area, like snorkeling gear, beach chairs, umbrella, etc. Watching the surfers from the lanai was fun, and being near the town activities and restaurants was also convenient. The AC was a nice add on as well, though it does get hot in the twin bedroom at night- fyi. Overall a great trip to Kona that we will remember!

Kona base

Great place for family or couples

This was a great place for the family. The ocean really was 20 feet from the ocean. There’s a beach next door and a nice pool. The condo is right down the street from lots of shops, restaurants and water sports.
