The staff does a great job with gardening, maintaining and the bbq's, and the pool area was super clean and well kept. Snorkeling off the rocks behind the pool was fantastic if you pick calm conditions. Views of the ocean were so nice and loved the sound of the waves crashing on the shore. Saw a few whales breaching and spinner dolphins spinning which was unexpected. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We are from Seattle. The lovely garden and comfortable living quarters made the stay a joy. It was easy to entertain the large group of relatives who came to dinner. The only complaints were burned out bulbs with no replacements, a lack of salad bowl and juice squeezer and the distance to the BBQ. ##### Susan S. No contact check in is convenient and the property concierge response was quick and helpful. This is a great spot to start and end your adventures or just kick back and enjoy Hawai'i Island time.
