The Sunset Beach House offers 2700 square feet of luxurious space. It is just 500 meters from the sea. The coast views and the sound of the waves was amazing. The owner was very responsive and helpful! We appreciated the beach equipment in the garage. The kitchen had everything you could ask for plus some! Beds are very comfy and AC in the rooms is really nice. Our group was 5 adults and 3 kids (11, 7). Great pool / deck / grand room. Great views from all over and amazing from the pool table / wet-bar 3rd floor. Obviously been a STR for a while a lot of the notes and equipment (surround sound equipment) is very dated everything still works but just be aware its not a new home. I few minor tweaks / updates and this home would seem like new. Don't be put off by these minor things this house is amazing just be aware of them.
