The house sits on over 1 acre in a private gated neighborhood of Kahakai Estates and comfortably sleeps 10 people. As you drive down the beautifully landscape driveway, you’ll notice a huge open area to park 3 cars comfortably. Self check-in into the home 24/7 with the provided lock code. The home features an open living area, a large chef’s kitchen, and a dining space with vaulted ceilings, all with a view of the blue Pacific ocean beyond. The main living room has enough space for the entire family to lounge and catch a movie or their favorite streaming shows (we provide Netflix) on the 70" 4K TV. On the right side on the living room, is the private Master suite with a King bed, a Casper Mattress, a 32” TV, with access to the side yard and a view of the ocean. Ensuite is the walk in closet and the master bathroom with double sinks, walk-in double shower, toilet, and an extra large soaking bath tub. On the left side of the living room is the laundry room and the half bath. Further down the hallway is the 2nd bedroom with a King bed with Tempurpedic mattress and 43” TV. The 3rd bedroom has two Queen beds with Casper mattresses and another 50” Samsung 4K TV, so it is perfect for multiple adults or kids. Adjacent to the 3rd bedroom is a full bathroom. As you enter through the main entrance, on the right side is the 4th bedroom with a full-size bunk bed, a working desk and chair, and a kids play area with lots of toys. The house also features a central A/C with a Nest thermostat. From the living room, step through the patio doors and enjoy with friends/family on the spacious 1200 sq.ft. of covered lanai space. The lanai features a large comfortable seating area to having evening mai tai’s and cocktails. We also have an outdoor dining table and outdoor BBQ grill. Just beyond the lanai lies our huge, 12 solar panel heated 40 ft x 18 ft infinity edge, salt-water swimming pool and a heated hot tub with jets. The salt water pool ensures you don’t smell of chlorine after taking a swim. Chaise lounge seating with umbrellas can be found for relaxing or catching some sunshine. To enjoy the pool we've provided a range of pool toys and floats. If you’re in the mood for enjoying some Hawaiian tropical fruits - mangoes, starfruit, oranges, grapefruit etc. head on down to our huge orchard and pick them yourself or your little ones fresh from the trees. When you're ready to hit the sandy beaches, the closet in the hallway is stocked with everything you'll need, including beach chairs, umbrellas, rolling ice chest, sand toys for the little ones and enough snorkel gear in various sizes for the whole family. There are plenty of local beaches to explore during your time here in Hawaii. For eating out, all the nice restaurants and shops are a 5 mins drive to town along the famous Ali'i drive where the Ironman race starts. The house is fully stocked and ready for you to just check-in and enjoy. We provide all the bath towels, beach towels and linens that you'll need for your stay. The kitchen features professional-grade appliances, All Clad cookware, fully stocked kitchenware and supplies, such as paper towels, dish soap and a fresh sponge to make you feel at home. In the pantry you’ll also find essentials like a Coffee pot, a Keurig, Instant Pot cooker and an electric griddle. The laundry room is set with laundry detergent and dryer sheets, and each bathroom has bottles of hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and toilet paper. If you're traveling with a little one, we also provide a foldable crib with a mattresses, fresh crib sheet and a high chair. In addition, we have a pack n’ play with a separate mattress which can double up as a small crib for a new born if your family requires one. The house was in a neighborhood but felt private and wasn’t far from town. It made for a fun, relaxing getaway with our adult children. My family of 9, 6 adults and 3 grandchildren enjoyed the expansive home. It had enough room for all to escape to their own space. The waterfall edge pool was amazing, everyone enjoyed both the pool and hot tub. The grandchildren had a blast with the supplied pool and beach toys. We also loved the fresh fruit on the property. We harvested mango, papaya, star fruit, tangerine and oranges. The home is a 7-10 minutes drive to the grocery store, coffee shops and all the fun sights and market places on the island. This property was absolutely fabulous. The house is beautiful, very well maintained, super clean and really well equipped. We enjoyed fresh star fruit and oranges from the orchard. Lots of little details that made the stay even more enjoyable. Peggy and Sumit were very nice and good at communication. We used the infinity pool and spa every day. Beautiful view and sunsets. Pool and spa heater and jets were not working the first few days but were corrected as soon as it was reported. The hot water in the house was very limited. The Wi-Fi was no great. Overall the view was beautiful and the grounds are beautiful. The house was very comfortable and our vacation was great. You might want to bring your own pillows though. The house and property were very well maintained and we had everything we needed for a great vacation. The pool and hot tub were a great addition. It is hard to beat a view like the one you get from the pool area. We spent several days at the pool and several days exploring volcanoes, caves, lava tubes, and beaches. The house is just out of town but close enough to run to the store when needed. It is situated in a quiet gated community. The kitchen is well equipped, the outdoor area has pool and hot tub with a magnificent view, especially of the sunset. We really enjoyed the outdoor area. Ample parking. The owners were quick to respond and help. It is a very short drive into town, with all shopping, stores etc under 10 minutes away.A few small issues. The hot water in the shower was only hot part of the time (we were six adults). There was a strict noise policy, and the hot tub jets are turned off remotely and automatically at 9 pm. We were also asked to keep quite quiet after 9pm outside, which is fine, but somewhat restrictive.Overall though we had a great time and I would recommend this vrbo. ##### Eric G. The property is located in a quiet neighborhood close to the main shopping center and beaches. We even discovered a neighborhood walking trail to the beach on Ali’i Drive (approximately 15-minute walk). The house is very clean, spacious with beautiful views over the pool and bay. The beds were comfortable, kitchen well equipped to cook gourmet meals with the hosts providing numerous extra cooking supplies in the pantry, speedy internet & the abundance of linens, towels, shampoo, dish and wash machine detergent were greatly appreciated. Ubers to/from the property were readily available and reasonable. The hosts are excellent and quickly responded to any questions that came up. Our favorites: Family gatherings on the back patio; breakfast with fresh mangos from the property and sunset enjoying the view and swims in the incredible pool. Highly recommend this property and its hosts and would gladly give them more than a 5-star review if possible. ##### Elin M. The house was very nice and very clean. And the layout was great for our family, with the main bedroom separated from the others. House was very well stocked with household amenities. Plenty of bath and beach towels, dishwasher/laundry detergent, etc…(at other house rentals, we have to make a trip to the store to buy those daily items, which is annoying, but that was not the case here at all). All you need to bring is food/drinks. The pool and hot tub were great, and a huge hit for our 3 kids. The pool water was plenty warm, so our younger kids could stay in all day if we were to let them. And this was in April, not even the peak summer. Backyard patio and pool/hot tub all seemed brand new. The host was very nice and responsive (again, we had no issues though!)
