It's directly across the street for the morning dip in the ocean. We loved the Hawaiian reggae music that you can hear from across the street but I could see some people wanting a more quiet night on the lanai. Only problem was the temperature in the place. It was hot and I bought us a cheap air conditioner from Walmart but there was no good window to put it in. Since hot air comes out the back, half the place was bearable and the other half was to hot.
